All of our massage therapist are licensed in Therapeutic Massage and specialize in Swedish, Hot Stone, Prenatal, Deep Tissue and Indian Head massage, as well as facials. Since we want to meet and exceed your expectations and because each session is tailored to your individual needs, please discuss your goals with your therapist. After your massage and before venturing out into the world, relax in our oasis relaxation room with a pot of tea and a lite snack. ~ Deep Cleansing Facials ~ We start with a cleansing of warm steamed towels, followed by an application of a skin specific mask, neck & shoulder massage, then a toner and finished up with a luxurious moisturizer. ( there are no extractions in this facial) approx. 45-60 min. $ 65.00 ~Swedish Massage~ 30 min - $40 / 60 min - $70 / 90 min - $100 Utilizing relaxing, gentle, long strokes this massage will increase circulation as it enhances oxygen flow in blood and releases toxins from the muscle, while it soothes tired muscles and induces an overall sense of relaxation. Couples Massage! ~Therapeutic Massage ~ 30 min - $45 / 60 min - $75 / 90 min - $105 Whether you're looking for general health, relaxation, or to alleviate the discomfort of an acute or chronic problem, therapeutic massage is an integral part of a modern wellness program. ~Hot Stone Massage~ 90 min - $120 Our therapist use smooth river stones, heated to 130' - 140'F to literally melt your tension. Some stones are placed upon the body to deliver therapeutic heat to problem areas, while others are used as a tool to penetrate outer layers of tension. This allows access to deeper muscles. ~Deep Tissue Massage~ 30 min - $50 / 60 min - $80 / 90 min - $110 This treatment is used to release chronic patterns of muscular tension. This massage uses slow strokes, direct pressure, or friction, usually on a focused problem area. The movements are directed across the grain of the muscles (cross-fiber). This is applied with great pressure and at deeper layers of the muscle than the Traditional Massage. This massage can treat the whole body or be tailored to a specific area or injury, improving circulation, pain reduction and aid in recovery from muscular fatigue. ~Prenatal Massage~ 30 min - $40 / 60 min - $70 Massage during pregnancy reduces stress, promotes relaxation and provides emotional support for the mother-to-be, while it can also reduce edema, decrease blood pressure, increase blood and lymph circulation, reduce muscular skeletal strain and pain. Can you imagine relaxing in a comfy pillow that allows you to lie on your belly?! This massage is not recommended during your 1st trimester. ~Indian Head Massage~ 20 min (added to any massage) - $25 30 min - $40 (alone) This Face and Scalp massage helps to improve skin tone and promote healthier hair as well as give a powerful sense of well being. This also helps treat chronic headaches, jaw stiffness, insomnia, and sinus problems. (With this treatment therapeutic oils will be used on both your face and scalp) These massages can be alone or added to any Foot Bath session. ~Head, Neck and Shoulder Massage~ 20 min - $35 / 30 min - $45 ~Hand and Lower Arm~ includes a paraffin 20 min - $30 ~Chair Massage~ This provides quick effective stress release and relaxation. 15 min - $18 / 20 min - $23 (alone) 15 min - $15 / 20 min - $20 ( in addition to a foot bath) each additional minutes are $1.00 per minute ~Reflexology~ $65.00 Reflexology is an ancient healing art designed to bring the body into healthful balance. It is based on the premise that all organs, limbs and body systems have corresponding reflex points on the feet and hands. Enjoy the privacy of your own cabana and an individual headset. Each session is approximately 60 minutes. |
